‘"Industry 4.0: Follow Innovation" was a transnational project involving organizations from seven European Union countries. Its main objective was to renew and modernize vocational education and training programs to meet the needs of Industry 4.0, with an emphasis on developing digital skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

It was critical to acknowledge that rapid technological advancements and evolving labor market requirements urged the adaptation of educational programs to better prepare youth for modern professional challenges. The need for an interdisciplinary approach, especially within information technology, led to the development of new and more flexible training programs.

The project connected IT educators, digital entrepreneurs, industrial bodies, and technology experts, fostering collaborations aimed at producing innovative, open, and learner-centered vocational education solutions.
